Welcome to Jurisanotera, providing legal services for seniors. By accessing jurisanotera.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services, Informational Products, and Goods

2.1 Legal Services

Jurisanotera offers personalized legal consultations, document preparation, and representation for seniors. These services are scheduled on an appointment basis.

2.2 Informational Products

We provide digital guides and videos to assist seniors with legal topics. Access is granted upon purchase.

2.3 Goods

Physical products such as printed manuals and accessories may be available through our site.

3. Appointment and Delivery

Legal services are delivered at CN Tower, 301 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada or via secure video conference as agreed. Informational products are delivered digitally. Goods are shipped to your provided address.

4. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full before service delivery, product download, or shipment. We accept major methods of payment. Payment details are processed securely.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Legal Services

Clients may request to reschedule legal service appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule within this period, we will transfer your paid amount toward a new appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable due to preparation commitments and resource allocation. Jurisanotera does not provide refunds for last-minute cancellations for legal services.

5.2 Informational Products

Informational products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the product content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us at contact.html with your order details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition. To initiate a return, email us via contact.html. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jurisanotera’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service, product, or good. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental issues arising from use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
